Delivery and Policies for Online Orders

North Branch Floral reserves the right to make substitutions or design alterations such as alternate flowers or like containers. All products are fill-to-value and designer choice and may vary from the photo depicted.

Delivery is not availability on US Holidays or Sundays. Delivery on online orders is generally next business day or later. If you require same-day-delivery, additional charges may apply. Please call all same-day orders into the Floral Hotline to ensure timely delivery. A $20 additional charge applies to Set-Time Deliveries. Please call store for details. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Errors in delivery address or recipient information may result in delayed delivery or require pick-up at the retail store location if determined the provided address is undeliverable.

Product return policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, please call our retail location during normal business hours, or text a photo of product received within three business days of delivery to our Floral Hotline at 612-232-2306 explaining the situation, and we will happily replace and redeliver your order or provide an alternate product. A nominal re-delivery fee may apply for locations outside zone 1. Please call store for details.

Privacy policy: Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to process your order. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to deliver an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

*Standard delivery is “next business day” – even if you order at midnight, we will attempt to deliver the following “business day”. Rush orders may be expedited via phone. Our business days are Mon-Sat. No deliveries on Sundays or Holidays, including Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Years Day, July 4, and Thanksgiving.
